Custom Logo Watch Box with Suede Lining and Cleaning Cloth

We make this watch box for brands, retailers and online shops that need packaging matching the price of what goes inside it. The stock version is a deep green rigid watch box with a microfiber suede interior and a matching cleaning cloth — everything a customer needs to unbox a watch without leaving fingerprints on the case.

We have been producing printed packaging for over 20 years, and watch boxes have been one of our main lines for most of that time. Everything below is what we actually run in our own factory, so if a detail matters to your project, ask us about it directly rather than assuming.

What Arrives in the Carton

Each watch box ships as a complete, retail-ready set. Nothing needs to be sourced separately before it goes on a shelf or into a parcel:

• — matching sleeve-style carton protecting the presentation box in transit

Watch cushion

• — moulded insert that holds the watch upright inside the case

Footprint of the assembled watch box: 17.7 × 12.7 × 7.7 cm. If you already have a carton or shelf size you have to fit, send us the number and we will tell you straight away whether the standard mould works or a new one is needed.

How the Watch Box Is Built

Exterior. Rigid greyboard core, wrapped in textured fancy paper. The paper gives the lid its fine grain without the gloss of a laminated finish, which is why it photographs well but does not show fingerprints at the counter.

Interior. Microfiber suede, chosen over velvet because it does not shed fibres onto the watch case. It is soft enough not to mark polished steel or gold, and it holds its colour after repeated opening and closing.

Cushion. A moulded insert rather than a foam block. It keeps the watch from shifting when the box is tilted, stacked or shipped — the single most common complaint we hear about cheap watch packaging. The cushion is removable if your customer wants to store the watch flat.

Hinge and lid. The lid holds itself open without a stay, so a watch can be presented one-handed at the counter.

Exterior Materials and Linings You Can Choose From

The stock green version is one of six surface options we run regularly. All of them are available on this mould without a new tooling cost:

Colour. The stock deep green is what is shown in the photos on this page. Red, white, yellow, blue and Pantone-matched custom colours are all available on the same mould — tell us the Pantone reference and we will match it against your existing packaging.

One note on colour: if you need one specific colour across a long programme, order the full quantity in one production run. Colour can shift slightly between separate runs, and a two-tone set of boxes is a problem you only find out about after they have shipped.

Logo Finishing Options

Nine finishing methods run on this box. [logo area dimensions, e.g. mm × mm] — send us your artwork and we will confirm whether it fits the standard lid area before you commit to a tooling.

We supply a free logo sample so you can hold the actual finish before committing to the full run. You cover the courier cost only. If you are deciding between two finishes, ask us to put both on one sample box — it is the fastest way to choose.

The box itself is one of a wide range of styles, sizes and mould designs we run. If this spec is not quite what you need, send a reference photo of what you have in mind and our in-house design team will come back with a drawing. There is no charge for that stage.

Size, Weight and Carton Data

Reference pricing depends on three things: quantity, surface material and whether the logo is foil or plain print. Send us your quantity and finish and we will quote against that exact combination — a single headline price is not useful to either of us.

How a Custom Order Runs

You send artwork or a reference photo.

1. Vector (AI/PDF/EPS) is ideal; a clear photo of an existing logo also works.

We confirm the spec in writing.

2. Size, surface, lining, colour, logo method, quantity, carton. Nothing moves until you have agreed to it in writing.

3. Logo sample is free, you pay freight.

Production and QC.

5. Incoming raw material inspection, in-line check during printing, and a final check on the finished boxes before packing.

Packing and shipment.

6. Each box EPE-wrapped, cartons stacked to the controlled height, shipped by sea, air or courier.

Packing and Shipping

The failure mode on rigid watch boxes is surface damage, not breakage. Two things cause it: boxes rubbing against each other, and cartons stacked too high in a container.

We wrap every watch box in EPE foam before it goes into the carton and control stack height so the walls do not deform. Carton data above is the standard configuration; if your warehouse has a pallet or shelf constraint, tell us and we will work to it.

We can ship by sea or air for bulk, and arrange door-to-door courier for smaller or urgent orders. DDP terms are available on request — useful if you are importing for the first time and would rather not handle customs yourself.

Storage on your side. Keep the boxes in a dry, ventilated area and away from damp. Rigid paper-wrapped boxes take on moisture if they sit in a humid stockroom, and the wrap can lift at the corners. If you hold stock for more than a few months in a humid climate, tell us at the quoting stage and we will suggest a finish that holds up better.
